Our services begin with an initial concept intake, scope definition and initial specification process as part of our design, with preliminary plans that will carry through to design and construction. 

The initial intake, client requirements and space allocation parameters are thoroughly reviewed to ensure both internal and immediate exterior spaces match the requirements of the client. 

After design development plans are approved, we will proceed with construction documentation, which takes the project from conceptual idea to buildable reality, incorporating the details required for an ultra-luxury cinema. Included is a comprehensive price list of all AV electronics, design accessories, custom fabrication and other specialty components recommended and/or required for the proper construction of the project. 

Our involvement during the construction of our theaters ensures that the design, installation, and deployment of the specified technological componentry and interior is executed accurately and at the highest level of quality and integrity.  

We are available by telepresence and separately billed site visitations when needed to address any questions related to the buildout of the spaces under contract. We review and approve shop drawings and samples for specialty construction.  

If requested, we are also able to oversee the selection of various subcontractors for any special construction or fabrications required, such as millwork, metal, and plaster, to secure acceptable bids and workmanship. 

Ongoing support is a vital component of our premium customer experience, and includes such things as proactive and preventative maintenance, support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, repair and even replacement where necessary, all of which combined help to ensure maximum enjoyment while extending the lifecycles of our solutions.  

We will even build onto the manufacturer warranty of our esteemed partners by offering full warranty renewals for each of the individual components that make up the solutions we expertly engineer for our clients.
